Hi, my name is Charles Laird. I am one of two associate brokers here at 4HOUSES Realty in Birmingham.

In the past 18 years, I’ve seen countless sellers struggle to sell their homes for top dollar.
What I discovered is that the majority of listing agents are focused on the photos, virtual tours, and scheduling showings.
What’s a surprise to most sellers is that these actions are totally common place! The REAL advantage is in having better AUDIENCES rather than relying on simply having MORE images or videos.
Here’s an example: We recently took over a listing that was sitting on the market. The previous agent did a great job with the basics but the condo didn’t sell.
Obviously, the owners were perplexed as to why their home didn’t sell when it seemed like it should have. The answer was in the audience the home was being marketed to.
